CANCELLATION - Cancellation time is by 4 pm on the date of arrival. Cancellation received after 4 pm will be charged the rate for one night and any applicable taxes. In the event of a no call/no-show, the room will be charged the first night and any remaining nights of the stay will be cancelled. PLEASE NOTE for special events (ie - hunting season, cherry days, etc . . . ) cancellation time is a week prior to the date of arrival.
