Motel Policies
- The Registrant is responsible for all registered guests to a room. Room occupancy is limited to registered guests only. If we discover any unauthorized visitors or undeclared occupants in your motel room, we will ask you to leave the premises immediately and there will be no refunds. Our visitor policy is designed to provide a safe and quiet atmosphere for all of our guests. Unless you tell us otherwise, we assume that you are not expecting guests and do not wish to have guests unless you tell us in advance.
- Guest may see accommodation before checking-in. Once checked in NO MONIES can be returned or refunded.
- Rates, terms and availability are subject to change without notice.
- Payment is due on arrival. NO Checks are accepted. Payment may be made with cash, traveler's check or with credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express).
- Check In - Anytime after 2:00 PM on the date of arrival up till 10:00 PM, unless other arrangements have been made with the motel office.
- Check Out - 11:00 AM (All late check out must be fully authorized by our management).
- Cancellations - Cancellation time is by 4 pm on the date of arrival. Cancellation received after 4 pm will be charged the rate for one night and any applicable taxes. In the event of a no call/no-show, the room will be charged the amount of a one-night stay and any remaining nights of the stay will be cancelled. PLEASE NOTE for special events (ie - hunting season, cherry days, etc . . . ) cancellation time is a week prior to the date of arrival.
- Pet Policy - Dogs allowed for a $10.00 charge per pet. Certain pet breeds and the number of pets is restricted by management. All pets staying at Redwood Arms Motel must be pre-approved before arrival. If we discover any unauthorized pets or animals in your motel room, we will ask you to leave the premises immediately and there will be no refunds. Due to safety concerns for our employees and your pet, we will not service a room with an unattended pet. Pets must be on a leash or securely carried outside of guest rooms and under control at all times. Please be considerate of other guests when walking pets on the property and clean up after your pet.
- If you are booking on behalf of someone and/or are a travel agent, we DO NOT due hotel commissions.
- We only have 3 smoking rooms. All other rooms are Non-Smoking rooms. Smoking in a non-smoking room will result in a $250.00 Clean Up Fee.
- Because we are a family motel we request you be courteous and keep noise down after 10:00 PM.
These Policies, Rules & Regulations are for your benefit and the enjoyment of all guests that are staying with us!
