Location
Redwood Arms Motel & RV is located right off of HWY 133 between Hotchkiss & the town of Paonia. Paonia is part of Delta County and is viewed by many as one of the most beatiful and interesting small towns in Colorado due to its location and culture in the valley. The town sits at the edge of the West Elk mountains and houses many orchards and vineyards and hop farms. Paonia was founded by Samuel Wade and William Clark, who had come to the valley with Enos T. Hotchkiss. The town was named by Samuel Wade for the Peony flower.
