Nestled in the heart of the North Fork Valley, Redwood Arms Motel is perfectly located for the weekend break, leisurely mid-week holiday, hunting expedition, family reunion, west elk winery tour or a work related trip. Located on Highway 133 in Paonia, Colorado this ranch-style motel provides travelers with comfortable and clean lodging in Colorado. There is a total of 18 rooms varying in size from a room with a king bed to a room with three queen beds. Most rooms are non-smoking with the exception of one corner room which is a queen bedroom. Each room is furnished with a hair dryer, 4 cup coffee maker, mini refrigerator, microwave, cable television, dual air & heat conditioner, and WiFi. We also have a guest laundry facility next door. We are a pet-friendly motel with plenty of space to walk your dog. There is plenty of parking for trucks and trailers. Next door you will find a simple small and simple rv park which can be rented daily or weekly and includes full hook-up: electricity, sewer, and water). RV park is seasonal; opened Memorial weekend in May through the end of November.

Please note late arrivals (pass 10pm mountain time) must make prior arrangements with the office. Remember we are a small business located in a small town where during certain times of the year it is very slow in the area.

Protect yourself and others during your travels:
- Make or buy a cloth covering that will cover your mouth and nose completely. Scarves and bandanas will work as coverings. Wash your face covering frequently.
Avoid close contact with others. Keep six feet of physical distance from others, even when wearing a face covering or mask.
Avoid crowded areas and settings.
Frequently and thoroughly wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not available, use hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Cover coughs and sneezes with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash, or use your inner elbow or sleeve.
Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.
Stay home if you’re sick, and keep your children home if they are sick.

We understand that with the rapidly changing updates on travel restrictions and cancelled or postponed public/private events, everyone is in different places when it comes to doing what is best for you, your family, clients and/or business. We cannot stress enough that we believe in responsible and safe travel. It is important to us that you feel confident when choosing and staying with us. We have been working hard to ensure that you will feel safe and comfortable staying with us. We understand this pandemic impacts us all differently, but we firmly believe we all play a role in limiting its spread and ultimately its impact on each of our local and national communities.
Our expectation of you
During your visit, we ask that you please abide by the Delta County and/or the State of Colorado Public Health orders which require face coverings while entering or inside of public buildings. Face coverings can be removed while in your guestroom and while on the property when social distancing is possible. Reminders of these public health orders are posted throughout the property and in your guestroom.
We also ask that you maintain safe social distancing to ensure your and our protection. Remain 6 feet apart from other guests who are not in your party when not using a face covering.
In accordance with guidelines from the American Hotel and Lodging Association, our guestrooms are thoroughly sanitized before your arrival. However, we will not be offering stay-over housekeeping service during your stay. Should you need additional towels or other amenities, please contact the front desk and we will deliver them in a bag outside of your door. Additionally, with the thorough cleaning and sanitization of our rooms, late check out is currently very limited. We ask that you depart your guestroom by 11am.
If you booked a future stay with before July 10, 2020 the policies that were in place at the time of booking will continue to apply to your reservation. Guests with new reservations made on or after July 10, 2020 and through December 31, 2020 you will be able to modify or cancel the reservation within 24 hours of the arrival date with no modification fee or cancellation fee. However, reservation changes are subject to availability and rate differences.

We have a long-standing history and pride of cleanliness, and in this COVID-19 environment have only strengthened our protocols with guidance developed in response to the pandemic, including recommendations related to deep cleaning, disinfecting, hygiene, and social distancing.
During this time our guests may experience a growing variety of new and improved cleanliness protocols, products and communications, including:
Heightened cleaning protocols for high-traffic areas such as the front desk, as well as other high-touch surfaces throughout the property, using disinfectants approved by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to combat the spread of COVID-19.
Physical barriers and/or closed areas.
Housekeeping "on-demand" option that allows guests to request delivery of additional toiletries, towels, linens or coffee without having a housekeeper enter the room.
Our approach to infection prevention includes a close association and vigilance of the latest protocols as updated by various federal and state agencies, trade and hospitality associations. Specifically, we have required all our team to be trained and certified in the American Hotel & Lodging Association’s new Safe Stay initiative.
The Safe Stay initiative seeks to change hotel industry norms, behaviors, and standards to ensure both lodging guests and employees are confident in the cleanliness and safety of lodging as travel resumes. It includes checklists for enhanced cleaning practices workplace protocols and employee training to meet the new health and safety challenges and more.
