What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel at least 48 hours before check-in to avoid charges. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged for one night's stay plus tax (and pet fee if applicable). Contact us ASAP if you need to cancel or modify your reservation.

What are your check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is after 4:00 PM MST, and check-out is by 11:00 AM MST. For early check-in or late check-out, please contact our front desk. Additional charges may apply.

What payment methods can I use?

You can pay with major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) or cash. We don't accept personal checks. If you have any questions, our friendly staff is here to help!

A: Yes, Redwood Arms Motel welcomes guests traveling with dogs (cats are not allowed). We offer designated pet-friendly rooms to ensure a comfortable stay for both you and your furry companion. We ask guests to inform us in advance when booking so we can prepare your room accordingly and provide information on our pet policies, including any applicable fees or restrictions. Dog fee of $50 per dog (up to only 2 dogs) per booking (booking up to a week).  Our pet-friendly approach aligns with our commitment to creating a welcoming environment for all guests at our Highway 133 location in Paonia, Colorado.  When booking on a third-party site such as Booking.com please inform us and be aware there is dog fee (cats not allowed) of $50 per dog (up to only 2 dogs) per booking (booking up to a week).
